"Hey, Hannah -
The cage is fabulous! We are expecting our new rabbit soon (please see attached). I have had several customers ask about your company, so I have a reference copy of your catalog at the circulation desk.
Thanks so much."

Our Thrianta rabbit will be here by New Year’s Eve!
A rare breed that originated in the Netherlands, the Thrianta (pronounced Tree-an-ta) was accepted by the American Rabbit Breeder’s Association in 2006. Known for their curiosity and sweet personality, Thriantas are beautiful orange-red rabbits that weight approximately five pounds.
Baby bunnies are old enough to leave their mothers for new homes when they are eight weeks old. Our boy was born around Halloween at Pete & Brandi Loughery’s Rabbitry in Harmony, N.C.
We can look forward to a Hoppy New Year!

We just got our cover for our new cage yesterday. It fits perfectly, and now I'm attaching a photo of Beaker the Greenwing and Mac the Blue and Gold in their new cage with the cover attached and open. They love the cover because it provides them with a total blackout. We can be in the livingroom with the lights on, and it doesn't bother them. Thank you again for all of your help. Oh - I like the fact that the cover is very light but still blocks out the light. The velcro is great too, but I think I'm going to add some velcro of my own to hold the sides back when not in use. This is the easiest cage to clean. I have two seed catcher panels on the outside on Beakers side of the cage because he is messy. Instead of putting the other two on Mac's side, I put them on the inside of Beakers side of the cage upside down next to the divider panel. This keeps the debris from going into the "track" caused by having Beakers's side of the cage larger due to the divider. It's great.
Have a very Happy Holiday."
Sincerely,
Janice Rodriguez

"Hannah,
Thanks for taking my call today. Here are a couple of photos of our sugar gliders. We have 4 of them, and they just love their cage! The top half of each panel is 1/2 x 1/2 inch stainless steel wire while the bottom half is clear acrylic. That works great because sugar gliders like to climb and tend to stay up high like they are living in the trees (they live high up in the trees in the wild).

Thank you so much for your help with the cage yesterday. We were able to complete the building of the cages and divider. We cut and installed one of the perches last night, and I had their sandy perches and rope perches in there too. The birds were a little frightened at first, and that is why I decided not to install the swings yet. I put sheets over the cage, and I left one side of each door with the blue plastic cover on to give the birds some privacy until the cage cover comes. They spent their first night in their new home. It was great because now my Greenwing can't pick on my Blue and Gold. They perched next to each other last night at the divider though. They usually sleep on the same perch together anyway. There was always a jealousy problem when I would try to take the birds out in the morning. Now, I don't have that problem at all. This morning, we cut and installed another perch and decided not to do the third one. We'll save the last one for when the others wear out or if we decide to remove the divider and let the birds be together again.
After I put the Macaws outside for today, my little Lory came out of his cage and went to inspect the new Macaw cage. He kept looking at the new cage and tilting his head at it. He poked his head in through one of the doorways to the cage, but didn't go inside. He kept looking for the longest time. Finally, I scooped him up and put him outside for the day. He has a little cage outside for the daytime because the Toucan will eat him if he's not protected. I put the old Macaw cage outside and I'm going to let the Lory use it during the day. I still have to clean it out and sterilize it for the Lory.
Mostly, I just wanted you and your company to know that we are all enjoying the new cage. We are very happy with your product.
Janice"

“Hello Brad,
We used our Majestic Case to build a dried butterfly display featuring the live butterflies flying in the Popp Butterfly Conservatory. We are very happy with how it turned out. The case is of excellent quality. Next we are going to buy a Sun Catcher enclosure so that the animals taking a day off will be out in the sun.
Thanks for a great enclosure.
Christine”

"Attached you will find a picture of P J LUCY, our Green Wing Macaw, and our wonderful Majestic Cage. This cage is every thing advertised and it has cut down on cleaning and bird mess. The cage is my wife’s home office and matches the furniture in the office. Every one that comes in want to see the “bird condo” as the cage has affectionately become known. I can truly recommend the Majestic line for cages for any one that requires a top quality show piece for their pet. There is a size and finish that will fit into any décor; no longer does the cage have to be hidden in the back room.

"Hannah,
The components for Logan's new luxury home arrived Friday and Saturday, much earlier than expected. Thanks so much for getting it shipped out so soon.
We assembled it on Sunday, and he moved in Sunday afternoon. He's adjusted well, and taking care of him in his very elderly years is much easier now! He'll hospice in style now, and as his condition is steadily improving, we're now hoping to get several quality months with him.
We found the new design of the doors to be very nice, and assembly went very smoothly. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the design and materials for your product line...
Thanks again for getting Logan's new home here so quickly.
Sincerely,"

"Hannah,
Once again, thank you for your assistance with my order. In my search several years ago for housing options for our avian pets, Mango the Jardine’s Parrot and Binky the Cockatiel, I came across CagesByDesign and was immediately impressed by not only the overall design but also the quality of workmanship to provide a safe habitat. For several years Binky and Mango have been housed in a smaller cage, and although it is adequate in size, we are now able to provide them with a much better structure with considerably more room allowing them more mobility within a confined space and room for more toys. This will make them very happy. With the added features, including seed guards and pull-out tray system, this will help in keeping the outside area of the cage more manageable to keep clean on a daily basis. This will make my husband and me very happy.
The added feature of the Friendly Feeders is especially at top of my husband’s list of safety features -- Not for the birds, but for himself. To put it bluntly, this past summer he suffered what he described as “..a very painful tittie twister,” inflected on him by Mango, the Jardine’s. Although Mango was hand-reared and knows the “Up” command to get on your hand, and will give you kisses, he does not like intrusion into his domain through the bars. One early morning my husband, who had just gotten up, decided to retrieve their water bottle and while reaching over the cage was not attentive to the fact his shirtless upper torso was pressed against the bars of the cage where Mango was waiting for the opportunity to “latch” on. He still wears the mark of that unfortunate encounter.
We’re looking forward to our new CagesByDesign unit and we’re certain Mango and Binky will enjoy their new home for years to come.
Best wishes,
Brenda (and Keith) Tekin"

"Dear Cages By Design,
Just wanted to say how much we love our cage we purchased from you for our bird, Coco, an umbrella Cockatoo. It looks great in our home and gives Coco a lot more room to "spread his wings", so to speak! The feeder cups are great also because he can't fling his food all over the floor anymore. And he has a great view through the front doors which also helps alleviate any drafts directly on him. Having the sides custom designed so that the acrylic goes halfway up is so wonderful too in that I know my toddler, or any other child, cannot put her fingers into the cage, which is a HUGE peace of mind! Yet he still has plenty of air flow. Even though he has a bad habit of plucking and chewing on himself and must wear a bird e-collar, he seems so much happier in such a roomy cage. Everyone who enters our home comments on how beautiful the cage is and it really goes with our decor so well. Going with the rolling casters on the bottom has been a huge plus also, since we have wood floors in our home. We also just received the custom made cage cover we ordered from you and it's so nice and fits perfectly and is easy to open and close. I will highly recommend your cages to everyone, though the cage speaks for itself! It's absolutely gorgeous and we are very happy with our purchase! Thank you Hannah for all your help over the phone in helping me design the cage. With so many options I wouldn't have known where to start had it not been for you! Thanks so much!"

"I've kept various species of lizards for nearly 20 years now. My CagesByDesign terrarium is by far the nicest enclosure I've had. I went with CagesByDesign because of the multitude of sizes I could have requested and various configurations. The cage is sturdy and well designed. With the help of my wife, putting it together was not difficult. But, most importantly, my water dragons love it.
Thanks CagesByDesign!"

“To the Staff of Cages by Design,
Thank you so much for the cage set-up your company was kind enough to donate to our son, Joshua. It is evident that a lot of time, care, and attention to detail were put into the entire project. Joshua was thrilled with the thought of receiving the cages, as he had read about the quality of your products in Reptile magazine; we were all overwhelmed by your generosity when we learned that you were setting him up with all of the accessories, as well. The look on his face was priceless!
Upon delivery of the cages, it took no time at all to assemble them. It was very simple, and the fact that it is on wheels made it so easy to move into position. After we put in the bedding and the accessories, it was time to move Joshua’s four corn snakes and two leopard geckoes into their new homes. All I can say is, if reptiles could smile, they would have! They all have so much room, and they look much happier. Feeding and cleaning is a breeze, allowing Joshua to be able to have more hands-on time with his pets. Between having an aggressive form of lupus and kidney failure, he has had to give up doing many of the things he enjoyed doing, and it was looking like he might have to give up his pets because of the difficulty in taking care of their tanks. Thanks to Cages by Design, he can once again take care of his pets, and the whole family can enjoy them, too. The whole unit is beautiful, and exceeded all of our expectations.
Cages by Design, thank you again for everything! Not just for your products, which are gorgeous, but most importantly for the happiness and joy you have brought back into our son’s life. Your company is proof that people truly care, and we are extremely grateful for all that you have done.
With Much Thanks,”

“Cages by Design has taken our exotic animal room from “organized chaos” to a much more professional feel with the cages that they generously donated to our organization. Prior to that, we used a hodgepodge of cages to hold our various exotics.
The new cages are extremely professional looking, they allow us to keep more animals to be adopted and they even have great storage capacity for our supplies. The animals are certainly more viewable for potential adopters and that makes it easier for us to place them in good homes. Our ferrets are so happy and comfortable in a cage that was built just for them! Our reptile habitat allows us to beautifully showcase them as well as educate our community on their very specific needs. In addition to that the cages are on casters so we can arrange them to suit our needs.
We get so many comments about how great the cages look and “do the animals come with the cages?”
Adam and Brad from Cages by Design are a pleasure to work with and they’ve have always made themselves available for any questions or suggestions that we have.
Thanks Cages By Design for helping us to make a wonderful shelter even better…you’re the best!!”

“Brad, just a quick note to say thanks to you and Cages by Design for the tremendous support during the ordering, installation, and follow up service you and your company provided. This not only happened once, but also on our second order almost a year later. Your advice on the type of cage for our birds was right on the mark and the product quality was beyond our expectations. Your follow up recommendations to reduce cage cleanup and maintenance was a lifesaver. Keep up the good work.”
